THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the __ day of May, 2013 by and between Advanced Voice Recognition Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“AVRS”) and the persons named in Exhibit A (the “Purchasers”).
