THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 23rd day of March 2017, by and between Advanced Voice Recognition Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“AVRS”) and the Purchaser. Advanced Voice Recognition Systems, Inc. and the Purchaser are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
