This Consulting Services Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 1, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), is made and entered into between American Railcar Industries, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of North Dakota (together with its successors and assigns, the “Consultant”), and American Railcar Leasing LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (together with its Subsidiaries, and its and their respective successors and assigns, the “Company”).
