THIS RESTRICTED STOCK UNIT AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 13th day of August, 2013 (the “Date of Grant”), between Tim Hortons Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “Company”), and the above-noted Grantee (collectively, the “Parties”).
