This PRODUCT SUPPLY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of August 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between SHL Pharma, LLC, a private limited liability company existing under the laws of Florida, with offices at 588 Jim Moran Boulevard, Deerfield Beach, Florida (“SHL”), and Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal office at 180 N. LaSalle Street, Suite 1800, Chicago, Illinois, 60601 (“Customer”), collectively the “Parties” and each individually a “Party”.
