Agreement dated as of November 30, 2011, between Bitzio, Inc., a corporation existing under the laws of Nevada (the “Company,”), and Bruce Weatherell (Bruce Weatherell, together with his heirs, executors, personal and legal representatives, referred to collectively as the “Indemnitee”).
