THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 25th Day of August, 2011 between Flagstone Réassurance Suisse SA (Bermuda Branch), a Bermuda registered permit company whose principal office is situated at Crawford House, 23 Church Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda (the “Company”); and Guy Edward Burling Swayne of Bermuda (the “Employee”). This agreement supersedes any other previously dated agreements made between the Employee and the Company or any of its affiliates.

This agreement supersedes any other previously dated agreements made between the Employee and the Company or any affiliates.
