Robinson Avenue, Suite 700, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, (“BUYER”) and SANDRIDGE REALTY LLC., an Oklahoma limited liability company, 123 Robert S. Kerr, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102 (“SELLER”) (BUYER and SELLER are sometimes collectively referred to herein together as the “Parties”).
