THIS MARKETING LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between GUARDIAN TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter “GUARDIAN”), and EGC INFOMATICS, Inc.
