THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 8th day of October, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) by and between UOMO Media Inc., (“UOMO”) a Nevada Corporation, and Katrina Lopes, a sole proprietor ("Independent Contractor") according to the terms and conditions set forth below:
