(“LLG”) and Shawn Fernandes p/k/a “Shawn Desman” (the “Artist ”) (the Artist and LLG are collectively, the “Licensor”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario whose address is 161 Bay Street, 27th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M5J 2S1 - and - COLGATE PALMOLIVE CANADA (“CP”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario , whose address is 895 Don Mills Road, Two Morneau Sobeco Centre, 6th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M3C 1W3;
