This Sixth Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into this 10th day of March, 2017, by and between (i) SILICON VALLEY BANK, a California corporation with a loan production office located at 275 Grove Street, Suite 2-200, Newton, Massachusetts 02466 (“Bank”), and (ii) ROSETTA STONE LTD., a Virginia corporation, and LEXIA LEARNING SYSTEMS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (individually and collectively, jointly and severally, the “Borrower”).
