This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) will be effective as of March 15, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Accelerize New Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation with headquarters at 6477 HWY 93 South, Suite 303, Whitefish, MT 59937 (the “Company”), and Jeff McCollum, an individual (“Employee”). Company and Employee may hereinafter be collectively referred to as the (“Parties”), each a (“Party”).
