THIS AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of the close of business on the 15th day of June, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between AMERICAN CENTURY GROWTH FUNDS, INC., a Maryland corporation (hereinafter called the “Company”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, INC., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter called the “Investment Manager”).
