THIS AMENDMENT NO. 7 TO MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of August 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between AMERICAN CENTURY GROWTH FUNDS, INC., a Maryland corporation (hereinafter called the “Company”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, INC., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter called the “Investment Manager”).
