This letter and the enclosed Release Agreement and Confirmatory Release Agreement set forth our agreements regarding your transition and termination of employment with Splunk Inc. (“Splunk” or the “Company”). This letter explains your rights and obligations and those of the Company during your employment and upon termination of your employment. The Release Agreement shall govern any conflict with the contents of this letter.
