This Supply Agreement (this “Agreement”), by and between PGT Industries, Inc., a Florida corporation (“Customer”), and Quanex IG Systems, Inc., a Ohio corporation (“Supplier”) is effective as of December 3, 2014 (the "Commencement Date"). Customer has agreed to purchase 100% of their flexible spacer purchases from Supplier for the term of this Agreement.
