This First Amendment of Technology License and Stock Purchase Agreement (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into this 14th day of May, 2009, by and between Boreas Research Corporation (“Licensor”), a Florida corporation, and First National Energy Corporation (“Licensee”), a Nevada corporation.
