Because of the need in Article 2 (1), Party A wants to borrow money from Party B, and Party B has agreed to the loan. After equal consultation, parties agree to sign this contract to make clear parties respective rights and obligations, according to “Contract Law of China” and “Loan General Provisions of China”.
