THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is between Safe Technologies International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Company”); and Sepod II, Inc., a New York Corporation located at 1942 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10302 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Consultants”) on this 7th day of September 2010.
