THIS EIGHTH AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF LOAN AGREEMENT AND PROMISSORY NOTE (“Amendment and Note Restatement”) by and among BLINK COUTURE, INC., a Delaware corporation (the "Maker") and CHARLES C.
