This MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of November 21, 2014, but effective as of April 1, 2014, (this “Agreement”), by and between American Housing REIT Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) and Inter-American Management LLC., a Delaware limited liability company (the “Manager”)(collectively the “Parties”).
