This Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) relates to the purchase of shares of common stock, par value $0.0001, of NaturalShrimp Incorporated (f/k/a Multiplayer Online Dragon, Inc.), a Nevada corporation (the “Company” or “NaturalShrimp Incororated”), as described in the Restated Private Placement Memorandum dated March 12, 2015 (the “Private Placement Memorandum”).
