This PRELIMINARY SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 8, 2015, is entered into by and among CorMedix Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices located at 1430 U.S. Highway 206, Suite 200, Bedminster, New Jersey 07921 (the “Company”), and (RC)2 Pharma Connect, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company with offices located at 1200 MacArthur Boulevard, Suite 300, Mahwah, NJ 07430 (the “Provider”).
