THIS AMENDMENT NO. 9 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 6, 2023 (the “Amendment No. 9 Effective Date”), is entered into by and among KBR, INC., a Delaware corporation (“KBR”) and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) and as the Swing Line Lender (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement).
