THIS DISTILLERS GRAINS MARKETING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of October, 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by and between RPMG, INC., a Minnesota corporation (“RPMG”) and Red Trail Energy, LLC, a North Dakota Partnership (“Producer”), collectively referred to hereinafter as “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
