This Confidential Severance Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) is entered into this 19th day of March, 2007, by and between StarTek USA, Inc. (“StarTek”) and Steven R. Boyer (“Employee”). As used in this Agreement, “StarTek” shall include StarTek USA, Inc. and its entire parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities.
