This employment agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of April 28, 2007 (“Effective Date”), by and between Kreido Biofuels, Inc., a Nevada corporation located at 1140 Avenida Acaso, Camarillo, California 93012 and Kreido’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Kreido Laboratories, Inc.
