Geissler, whose address is 410 Brookwood Dr., Hudson, WI 54016, (the “Consultant”), and VeriChip Corporation, a Delaware corporation, whose principal place of business is located at 1690 South Congress Avenue, Suite 200, Delray Beach, Florida 33445 (the “Company”).
