This SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 30, 2007, is entered into by and among GLOBAL EMPLOYMENT HOLDINGS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the purchasers listed on Schedule A attached hereto (individually, a “Purchaser” and collectively, the “Purchasers”).
