THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made by and between RBC Life Sciences, Inc. (“Employer”) located at 2301 Crown Court, Irving, Texas 75038 and Kenneth L. Sabot (“Employee”), residing at 7201 Summitview Drive, Irving, Texas 75063, as an amendment and restatement of the employment agreement dated as of January 1, 2007 existing between the parties hereto.
