This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), by and between Global Cash Access, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and wholly-owned subsidiary of Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“GCA Holdings”), and George Gresham (“Executive”), is made as of February 25, 2008 (the “Effective Date”).
