THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 3rd day of April, 2007 by and between Hampshire Group, Limited, a Delaware corporation, with offices at 1924 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, South Carolina 29625 (“Hampshire” or the “Company”), and Maura McNerney, an individual residing at 210 Groton Court, Simpsonville, South Carolina 29680 (“McNerney”).
