THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of March 11, 2008, is by and between Isolagen, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with its subsidiaries, the “Company” or “Isolagen”), and Todd J. Greenspan, an individual residing in Hockessin, Delaware (the “Executive”).
