This AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT is entered into as of June 30, 2008, by and between COMERICA BANK (“Bank”) and SAFEGUARD DELAWARE, INC. (“Safeguard Delaware”) and SAFEGUARD SCIENTIFICS (DELAWARE), INC. (“SSDI”; SSDI and Safeguard Delaware are sometimes referred to, individually, as a “Borrower” and collectively, as the “Borrowers”).
