This Patent Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”), between World Waste Technologies, Inc., a California corporation (the “Seller”), and CleanTech Biofuels, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Buyer”), is entered into as of October 22, 2008 (the “Effective Date”).
