This Executive Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into, to be effective as of January 8, 2009 (the “Effective Date”), between Black Gaming, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (the “Company”) and Robert R. Black, Sr. (the “Executive”). The Company and the Executive are individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
