As you know, your employment with Broadview Institute, Inc. (“Broadview Institute”) will end effective at the close of business on December 29, 2008, (the “Effective Date”) as a result of your resignation. The purpose of this Separation Agreement and Release letter (the “Agreement”) is to set forth the agreement of the parties with regard to your separation. While we are providing this Agreement to you now for your review, you may not sign it until the Effective Date.
