Each of the Lenders has agreed to advance to the Borrowers (on a joint and several basis) its Commitment (aggregating, with all the other Commitments, a revolving credit facility of up to one hundred and seventy two million five hundred thousand Dollars ($172,500,000) (as increased from time to time pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.2)) (i) to refinance the aggregate purchase price of the Vessels and (ii) for the general corporate purposes of the Guarantor Group.
