THIS SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND MUTUAL RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Robert P. Wilson, III (“Wilson”) whose address is ________________________, and Allegiant Travel Company, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) located at 1201 N. Town Center Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89144. Whenever used herein, the term “Company” shall include Allegiant Travel Company and any of its prior, present or future affiliated entities.
