This Award Agreement (this “PSU Agreement”), dated as of _________ __, _____ (the “Date of Grant”), is made by and between Aircastle Limited, a Bermuda exempted company (the “Company”) and [_____________] (the “Participant”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Aircastle Limited 2014 Omnibus Incentive Plan (as amended from time to time, the “Plan”).
