This Third Amended and Restated Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the 1ST day of January, 2019 by and between Cornerstone Resources, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company (“CR”) and Homeland Energy Solutions, LLC (“HES”), an Iowa limited liability company which parties may sometimes be referred to herein individually as a “Party”, or collectively as the “Parties”.
