This AMENDED AND RESTATED INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, made as of the 1st day of September, 2015, by and between T. ROWE PRICE INFLATION FOCUSED BOND FUND, INC. (formerly T. ROWE PRICE SHORT-TERM INCOME FUND, INC.), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland (the “Corporation”), and T. ROWE PRICE ASSOCIATES, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland (hereinafter called the “Manager”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Investment Management Agreement, dated as of the 19th day of July, 2006, by and between the Corporation and the Manager.

This EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of September 1, 2015, is entered into between T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. (the “Manager”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland, and T. Rowe Price Inflation Focused Bond Fund, Inc. (the “Corporation”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland, on behalf of the T. Rowe Price Inflation Focused Bond Fund (the “Fund”).
