On behalf of HSW International, Inc. This SEPARATION AND RELEASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the date last written on the signature page hereof by and between Gregory Swayne, a citizen and resident of Atlanta, Georgia (hereinafter referred to as “Executive”), and, HSW International, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Atlanta, Georgia (the “Company”). (The Company and Executive are sometimes collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties.”)
