THIS DISTILLERS GRAINS MARKETING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the August 26, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between RPMG, INC., a Minnesota corporation (“RPMG”) and Highwater Ethanol, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Producer”), collectively referred to hereinafter as “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
