THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE (this “Third Amendment”) is dated for reference purposes only as of April 16, 2018 by and between SI 55, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Landlord”) and ServiceNow, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
