This ACQUISITION AGREEMENT is entered into and made effective as of the 1st day of October, 2010, by and between Alternative Energy Partners, Inc, a Florida Corporation ("AEGY" or “Buyer”); Regen Acquisition Corp., a Texas corporation, and Healthcare of Today, Inc, a California Corporation (“Healthcare” or “HOTI”), the sole Shareholder of Regen Acquisition Corp., (“Seller”).
