This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Employment Agreement”), dated as of December 22, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is entered by and between CVR Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and David L. Lamp (the “Executive”). This Employment Agreement supersedes and replaces in its entirety the Employment Agreement between the Executive and the Company dated as of November 1, 2017.
