This Agreement is made and entered into as of the 31st day of December, 2015, by and among Wash/Greene, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Parent LLC”), its controlled subsidiary 1321 Investors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Investor LLC”) and those parties whose names appear on the signature pages hereof (collectively referred to herein as “Lenders”).
