THIS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, dated as of October 1, 2017 is made between FRANKLIN ALTERNATIVE STRATEGIES FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of FRANKLIN K2 GLOBAL MACRO OPPORTUNITIES FUND (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and K2/D&S MANAGEMENT CO., L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (the “Manager”) and amends and restates the prior Investment Management Agreement between the Trust, on behalf of the Fund, and the Manager dated as of May 16, 2016.
